VAIHTO- JA PALAUTUSEHDOT

Toivottavasti tilaamasi HEMPEA tuotteet ovat sinulle rakkaita! Jos kuitenkin jostain syystä haluat palauttaa tuotteen tai tilauksesi, on sinulla tuotteen vastaanottamisesta 14 päivän palautus- ja vaihto-oikeus.

Lahjakorteilla ja tilauksesta tehtävillä tuotteilla ei ole palautusoikeutta.

Palautettavan tai vaihdettavan tuotteen täytyy olla käyttämätön ja myyntikelpoinen.

Halutessasi tehdä palautuksen, ota ensin yhteyttä marjamaija@hempea.fi.
Huomioithan, että asiakas maksaa tuotteen palautus- ja vaihtokulut. Asiakas myös vastaa kustannuksista, mikäli tuote vahingoittuu tai katoaa tuotepalautuksen aikana.

REKLAMAATIOT

Tuotteiden korkea laatu on meille erityisen tärkeää. Tuotamme ja tarkistamme jokaisen tuotteen erityisellä huolella. Jos kuitenkin huomaat tuotteessa virheen, ota yhteyttä marjamaija@hempea.fi.
Reklamoitavien tuotteiden vaihto ja palautus ovat sinulle ilmaisia.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We hope you love your HEMPEA products! In case you still would like to return or exchange your product, you have the right to do that within 14 days after receiving your order.

Gift cards and custom-made orders are non-returnable.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

Please contact marjamaija@hempea.fi before making the return or exchange. Please note, that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item(s). You are also responsible for costs, if the item is damaged or lost during shipment.

PRODUCT DEFECTS

High quality of the products is very important to us. We manufacture and check each item carefully. In case you notice a defect in your product, please contact marjamaija@hempea.fi. Replacing and returning of defect items are free of charge (without shipping costs).
