After placing your order, you will get the order confirmation by email. To save nature, we don’t ship a printed order confirmation with your items.
You can choose from Paypal, debit/credit card or Finnish bank e-payments.
Finnish bank e-payments: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Säästöpankki, Oma Säästöpankki, POP Pankki, Aktia, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, S-Pankki.
Credit and debit card payments: Visa, Visa Electron, Business Eurocard & Mastercard.
The payments are operated safely through net bank related payment transfer services Paytrail Oyj (VAT number FI21228397, Innova 2, Lutakonaukio 7, 40100 Jyväskylä) and by PayPal (PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., R.C.S. Luxembourg B 118 349, Klo 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxemburg).
Orders will be delivered in Finland within 7 working days (often faster).
Delivery to other countries takes up to 15 working days.
The delivery time for made-to-order products is 1-3 weeks in Finland and 3-5 weeks to other countries.

Shipping cost for orders below 150€ is 4,90€. For orders over 150€ free shipping.
Shipping in Europe for orders below 300€ is 14,90€. For orders over 300€ free shipping.
Shipping to United States is 29,90€.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We hope you love your HEMPEA products! In case you still would like to return or exchange your product, you have the right to do that within 14 days after receiving your order.
Gift cards and custom-made orders are non-returnable.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org before making the return or exchange. Please note, that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item(s). You are also responsible for costs, if the item is damaged or lost during shipment.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will make the refund on your PayPal account, credit card or bank account depending on the original payment method.
High quality of the products is very important to us. We manufacture and check each item carefully. In case you notice a defect in your product, please contact email@example.com. Replacing and returning of defect items are free of charge (without shipping costs).
